Team Terra DKI

They submitted timely reports and billings to Chubb Insurance to get us paid and Team Terra DKI as well. I had never gone through something this bad before. They rebuilt walls, painted, put down new hardwoods. They rebuilt bathroom with help of my decorator picking out tiles etc for bathroom. They hired appropriate folks to do what they couldn't do- electricians, plumbers, tile mason, shower installer etc. Some things didn't go smooth as in doing a building project. Nothing is perfect. What I especially liked about them was when one of folks they hired didn't complete everything they were supposed to, they got them back out to finish or correct immediately. We had at times daily talks. An example of something that wasn't done right was hanging of lights in bathroom in basement. They were not hung so they were level with each other. The electrician came back out and moved one slightly. Then painter came back out and fixed small hole and repainted etc.

The last day I had them come out when 100 plus boxes were delivered to my basement. They helped unpack and haul off anything i didn't want to keep. It took 2.5 hours with five of us doing it. They had prior to this basement organizer build cabinets in storage room and filing cabinets etc to put up things up in an organized manner.

I would recommend them highly.

It is easy to hire someone to do a job. It is a problemwhen something is not done perfect the first time and you have to get them back to fix the little things and they come back out and fix it. I have worked with different contractors and individuals over last 35 years. Some would say it wasn't their fault or couldn't get them on phone, or they wanted to charge you additional to fix what should have been done right the first time. None of that happened with Team Terra-DKI.


Loved working with them. My basement is in much better shape than before the break. They warranty their work for 10 years if memory serves me right. So please call and use them.

It turned out great. They did a great job. They were very tidy. It was pretty extensive water damage on my wood floors. Because it flooded to the underneath too, so they replaced a lot of dry wall and dried up underneath as well. The price was very fair. They dealt with my insurance company. They're just extremely competent and eager to please. Their customer service is very good. I've called them since then for referrals for different things like I wanted wood floors done at my new house. I called them and said, "Do you do wood floors?" They definitely are customer service oriented and they also know the ins and outs and all the environmental laws. They're just really smart. They know what they're doing.

Great service, from beginning to end. Eli and his team were attentive, careful with our belongings (even moved our furniture out of the house to be able to complete the job faster). They were available to answer questions via phone or email. Job was not completed on time only because they discovered another water leak in the house, which they were kind enough to point out and help me remediate. Strongly recommend working with both Team Terra and Apalachee. Thought my floors looked great before the water damage; the newly stained and polished looks is spectacular by comparison.
