We couldn?t be more pleased with Southland Development Services. Eric Koehler (owner) is an outstanding general contractor who has exceptionally high standards. He is easy to work with, listens carefully, proposes options for you to consider, and is very responsive to your needs and questions. He strives for and achieves the best for each and every project and his prices are reasonable. The subcontractors he chooses are consummate professionals ? excellent craftsmen approaching artisans. They seem to be able to do just about anything and resolve any issue. Painting, carpentry, and flooring are all exemplary and you will be completely satisfied with their work. Nice to know that amid all the negative stories about contractors, there is one person and one company that truly shines ? Eric Koehler and Southland Development ? we will always choose them for any project any time. They have earned our highest praise!
