I waited almost a year and a half to write this review hoping Smart Gutter would follow through and finish the job I paid them for. I am amazed at all the 5-star reviews... I rated 3 stars on value because most was done but I have to finish the job myself. At first, they were professional until the gutters were installed, and then I had multiple problems. Leaks and runoffs. After a year and a half and dozens of phone calls, the problem has not been resolved. They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls, and it appears they have no office or anyone running the business. I had great patience and now will have to fix the lousy job that Smart Gutter did on my roof so I do not have a fountain running onto my yard as is happening now. Water pouring off my roof onto my lawn and then it goes into my basement, the very problem I needed to be solved.....

I had a very great experience with this company. my tech name was Sonny and I would definitely recommend this business, he went beyond measures to make sure everything was correct, and from the time of hire he was very responsive to any questions that I had and he communicated very well throughout the whole experience. Up until leading to the day of the job he communicated with me, gave me updates on the weather and always kept communication open for time of arrival. Their prices were good and I love the job that he did for me.

At least 6 other companies couldn't install gutter guards because we have 4 inch gutters, but Smart Gutter was able to and did a great job at a very fair price. From the very thorough inspection and quotation, with no sales pressure tactics, all the way to the professional installation, I was impressed by this company and it's people. They'll do my next house also!

Let me tell you - I am SO happy that we chose SmartGutter! After shopping around a bit I settled on this team and I am very thankful that I did- we ended up having a ton more water damage than we originally expected, and it was great having Sonny and co. available for a re-evaluation and then another adjustment of our plans on the day of install in order to take care of all of our problems from a past poor gutter install plan. Sonny is an absolute gem, and I was so grateful for his breadth of knowledge and his thoughtful advice throughout this whole process. If you’d like to hire a company that will do the right thing for you and your home, put up beautiful (and “smart”!) gutters, and will follow up with you and follow through with their commitments- go with this team! 10/10 recommend.

The gutters were installed on time and look great, however, I have an issue with one of them. I have called the company to come out to review along with wanting to discuss additional services. An appointment was made but canceled by SmartGutter due to a personal matter. After 1 month, they never called to reschedule, so I called them, left several messages with no return call for over a 3 month period. My last call to them was on 12/8/2021 and still no return call.

I was so impressed with (Sunny) this company that they were hired before they even came out to do the estimate. However, the deal was definitely sealed when (Kevin) they came out to do the estimate and I recognized the same professionalism, kindness, and genuine will to serve their customers; that I had initially received during my inquiry over the phone. Add to that, the job was completed in a very timely, professional, and quality manner. I actually enjoyed their presence on my property. Were here on time and did the job in one day! Answered all the questions we had. Was a little pricey for what they did. None of the gutter systems out on the market work well against pine needles. Just know that up front.

Responsive, quick appt., good people and no mess for us to clean up. Replaced small section of bad wood, made 80 ft gutter on site and had it installed and filter covers on all before dark same day. Sonny and Kevin were most helpful in sharing information.

While SmartGutter might be a bit more expensive, their prices are still competitive. This company is the most responsive Ive dealt with in quite some time, answering all my questions, returning calls/answering texts within minutes not days! The work crew was on time, polite, efficient, and tidy. My new gutters look terrific!

Smart Gutter was amazing. We talked with Sunny first and boy he’s a wealth of information. He went above and beyond in making sure all of our questions were answered. Then we met with George and he couldn’t have been a nicer guy. He took his time with us and surprise! No hard pressure sales close tactics! (unlike 2 other companies we met with). I wish I could rate this company 10 Stars! They were prompt in contacting me and came out the same day to give me an estimate. Sonny was amazing, he got up in my gutters to do an assessment and took photos and videos to show to me. He didn't try to pressure me or sell me anything I didn't need. I had a seamless gutter replacement where the water was running over into my AC unit. His crew was fast and efficient and left my place cleaner than it was when they arrived. My gutters are working better than they have in years... Thank you SmartGutter!!!

Sunny is very professional and his crew did an excellent job. I got gutters and gutter screens installed. Because of the dimensions of my existing roof in relation to the gutters they installed, some rain water was dripping outside of the gutters. This was an issue caused by the existing roof. Nevertheless, I contacted Sunny and he came out immediately to assess the issue. He determined that some extra shields needed to be installed to correct the issue. Sunny advised that the shields were ordered and are being manufactured and will be installed at no additional cost to me. That is customer service. I recommend this company!

This company gave me the best price and design. The workers came on time and did an awesome job. They even replaced some rotten facia boards! I am very impressed and happy with the complete job. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
