I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I am afraid I was pretty disappointed. We were moving out of an apartment into a house that we rebuilt due to a fire so when she walked in there was nothing there. She had called me previously to say it would cost $75 to clean out the refrigerator and the oven. I said she did not have to do that and I would take care of it. So she got there, was cleaning and called me saying I owed her $75 more dollars. I asked what she meant and she said she told me if it was a move out if was $75 extra, which she never said because I would not have agreed to it. She was a little bit snide with me, which I did not make me happy. I am the customer and she was supposed to be pleasing me. This is one Angie's List person I was disappointed with. I have not checked the quality of the work, but my daughter was there and she said it looked fine. She did change the date with me a couple of times. She told me she would be there at 9 but ended up showing at 11.

Simply the Best House Cleaning, yes, I did go with them.  I used them two weeks ago.  It cost $199.  They were punctual, I wasn't too impressed with their work though.  I felt that some of the things that she said she would do, which is clean inside the cabinets were not done.  And when I pointed it out to the young man he basically said to me it's probably from the dust flying or some excuse like that he gave me.  They seemed to be in a rush to get the job done.  So that's what they did.  They got the job done I think within a two and a half hour time frame instead of they originally quoted me four or five hours.  They got it done in half the time, and I wasn't too impressed.

They call to remind you that they are coming, are punctual, and it is normally the same person each time.  The house always looks great when they are done.
