They gave me a list based on my budget, and I specify which items I want. They have been fabulous! It is such a convenience to have my groceries delivered. I have been doing this for over a year, and I know it costs less than going to the grocery store. I get a news letter every month with tips, recipes, and trivia contests (winners get free food!).
