They did okay. 

very poor job on the carpet.  Had to have it cleaned again by another company.  Air duct work was ok.  He seemed more interested in selling me additional services than doing what I was paying him to do.

They were efficient, on time, explained everything, weren’t very expensive, were knowledgeable, and did a good job.

Scheduling was easy - I was able to get an appointment the next day. They called shortly before the appointment and said he could come a little earlier, which was fine with me. I obviously didn't ask enough questions about the cost of add-on services. They had quoted a minimum charge of $115, which seemed fine for 1.5 bedrooms, a hall, and stairs. The area rug would be additional, by the square foot. After some negotiating, I agreed to pay $190 to have the carpeting cleaned and Scotchgard applied, and just have the area rug cleaned. On the phone, I had asked the scheduler how they clean an area rug that is on a wood floor. He said they could move it to another room without wood floors, or on a tarp in the garage. When the technician arrived, he said he always cleans them right on the wood floors. He said they don't get them very wet and it wouldn't do any damage. I had him move it to another larger area rug and clean it there. The technician said they don't move large furniture at all, and don't put furniture up on foam blocks or plastic (like another company does that I used in the past.) He sprayed the carpet, then quickly ran his combination water hose/vacuum wand over the carpeting, sprayed again with Scotchguard and was done. I had him go over one area again that had been most soiled, and I went through and dried the baseboards and bottom of the wall which had overspray. The prior company I used really got down and scrubbed all parts of the stairs, risers, edges, and treads. This guy was just vacuuming over the treads and he was done. It looks okay, but I just don't feel like I got value for the money.

We like using this company to clean our carpets because they have been around for a long time. They guarantee their work and are very honest doing a superb job. They even gave us a discount which we were pleased about. I would refer them to others.

The work they did was just okay. It was clean, but I had request them to bring their own water truck so I did not have use my own water and they said it would not be problem for them to do that. Well, when they came out they were not equipped with what was requested and they were very rude about it and I was pretty upset about that.

Fantastic! We were very pleased with their punctuality, professionalism, and quality of service.

Everything went great. The technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional and explained everything he was going to do in detail before he started. When I asked about the application of a stain repellent, he made recommendations on which areas would benefit the most from a Teflon protector instead of trying to sell it to me for the whole house, and no high-pressure tactics.

THIS IS NOT AN AIR DUCT CLEANING COMPANY. THESE ARE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BIG VACUUMS TO CLEAN FLOORS, THEN HAPHAZARDLY RIG THEM TO KIND OF CLEAN AIR DUCTS. IT WAS AN ODD EXPERIENCE. THEY CAME IN WITH A BIG VACUUM HOSE THAT WAS HELD TOGETHER WITH DUCT TAPE AND CARDBOARD. THEY REMOVED THE GRATES ON MY VENTS, THEN USED DUCT TAPE TO TAPE THE HOSES TO THE WALLS AROUND MY VENTS. THEY TURNED THE VACUUMS ON FOR A WHILE, TURNED THEM OFF, REMOVED THE TAPE FROM THE WALLS (AND THE PAINT IN PLACES) AND SLINKED AWAY. THEY EITHER DIDN'T NOTICE OR DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL ME THAT THEY'D RUINED THE PAINT AROUND SOME OF THE VENTS. THAT AND THE FACT THAT THEY COULDN'T HAVE ACTUALLY DONE A GOOD JOB, FROM WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE, IS WHY I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN. I PROBABLY WOULDN'T USE THEM FOR MY CARPET CLEANING, EITHER, CONSIDERING THE JOB THEY DID ON THE DUCTS.

CARPET IS IVORY COLORED AND WAS QUITE DIRTY. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN TOOK EXTRA TIME TO CLEAN BADLY SOILED AREAS AND ADDED DEODORIZING AND SCOTCHGUARD AT A DISCOUNT. HE WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND TOOK PRECAUTIONS SINCE I HAD A CAT.

THEY ARE FINE BUT I COULD DO AS GOOD OF JOB MYSELF. IT WAS AVERAGE.

THEY WERE NICE, THOROUGH AND ALWAYS ON TIME.

THEY WERE ON TIME, FAIR PRICE AND ADEQUATE WORK.

THEY DIDNT DO A THOROUGH JOB, BUT PROFESSIONAL.

ZIPPED THROUGH THE HOUSE, I HAD FIVE ROOMS DONE. THEY COULD HAVE TAKEN MORE TIME TO STEAM THE RUGS BETTER.

THEY WERE ALWAYS REAL PROMPT AND ON TIME.
