The good part first - they responded quickly to online request for service and came on time. The locksmith replaced a deadbolt lock and a door lock with very basic, generic locks. Nothing fancy or high end. It took him approximately 15 minutes to complete the job. When I first asked what the charge was I thought it was high but also thought it was the total which it was not. When he went over the invoice there were bogus charges that were not well explained. The total charge was $385.00 for 2 cheap locks and 15 minutes of labor. We have tried to reach them by phone and cannot speak to anyone regarding this outrageous charge. A good handyman could have done this, including new locks for about $100.00. I would suggest that no one calls this company for work.
