Were there on time, had sufficient help, and took care of all items. Moved into storage unit next day at destination without incident. In fact, managed to carefully fit everything in a 10x30 storage unit. Good people.

I found an Angie's List deal for $150 for the services I required, though after discussing my needs with RMC, we discovered that the deal was not applicable for what I needed. Instead of canceling the deal, RMC worked with me and slightly increased the cost to accommodate what they viewed as an increase in manpower required to accommodate my needs. The movers were friendly, efficient and careful with some heavy pieces of furniture. I appreciated the experience, particularly because it was a short notice hire and required some additional effort from a customer service perspective from RMC. I would recommend them to anyone, though I can't speak to the experience of moving an entire house. All things considered, I will strongly consider using them in the future.

All I can say is these guys are amazing! They showed up right on time and ready to work as soon as they came into the house as in carrying moving blankets in with them! They are very professional polite and take very good care of your things! I can say after moving from Florida to Georgia last year with a national moving company I will use these guys again. We did have most of our boxes already moved and washer and dryer ready to be carried down to their truck and beds disassembled which saved a lot of time. But if your looking for honest hard working guys choose RMC!!

Please grade their RESPONSIVENESS (i.e. promptness in returning phone calls): Owner would never return my husbands calls after he threatened me. Please grade their PUNCTUALITY: late. Please grade their PROFESSIONALISM (i.e. cleanliness and courtesy): had to break up a fight in my driveway with F words flying everywhere in front of my daughter/ Owner threaten me. These guys were awesome. On time and personable. Showed up with 4 rather than 3 guys. And they were big strong and careful, moved some of my heaviest stuff up two sets of stairs. They rocked it and were great! My only problem... Wait there was not a problem!

Bankhead, Alan and Jason did a great job of moving me. They meticulous about wrapping furniture and careful with all of my fragile items. They were quick and efficient and careful at the same time.

There were 3 men, Henry, Brandon and Jason. They were great. Very professional, courtesous and friendly. They did the job. They were excellent. I would highly recommend them.

The company performed services well and for a reasonable fee. The deal was not honored due to a misunderstanding by the vendor regarding the timeline for my service. I was able to work out a reasonable deal that did not include use of the deal and the service was performed to expectation. I would advise in the future for Angie's List to confirm with the vendor that ALL fine print terms are to documented to avoid such issues. Overall, RMC Movers did a good job and the experience represents a minor inconvenience.

We have one of those huge, immensely heavy treadmills that we needed to have moved from our home to our office. The other movers I had hired fell through; so, at the last minute, I contacted RMC. They were not only professional to deal with over the phone, but they arrived five minutes early, removed the treadmill without the least bit of trouble, and had it installed and running in our office less than an hour later. (It runs perfectly in its new location; no problems at all.) Both of the gentlemen from RMC were professional, courteous, and a delight with whom to deal.
I had thought getting this monstrosity moved would be another moving nightmare; instead, it couldn't have been easier or more pleasant.
I will definitely be using them again.

Henry, Kevin and Ron were amazing. Great personalities, hard, efficient workers. One of our neighbors even commented that my husband and I looked like we were having way too much fun for moving day. The guys were a little late due to delays at the previous site that were out of their control, but Carol (office manager) and Lamar (owner) were great at calling to update us on the delays. We hope not to move for a long time, but if/when we do, we will definitely use RMC, and hopefully he same team!
