Contractor missed a couple scheduled appointments and never followed up, I had to contact him. I was constantly follow-up making sure sub contractors were scheduled and the times that they were arriving because detail was never provided. Some of the subcontractors would arrive late and contractor was not here to meet them or show them what to do I did that. I could have coordinated all of these things myself and cut the middle man out and maybe saved a little money. The quality of work was good and very pleased with how my Kitchen looks however that is over shadowed by all the scheduling and coordination issues.

My husband and I needed a quote for a new tile floor in our kitchen and laundry room. Contractor met us at our house to give an estimate. He took at least 5 phone calls while he was meeting with us, which ended up making the estimate take over an hour (other contractors only took 15 minutes) to complete. His pricing was reasonable, but it took 2 weeks to get our official quote emailed to us. We decided to go with another contractor.

He does cabinet, countertops, hardwood floors, and that kind of stuff. I met him at a contractor's flooring outlet place. I was going for either hardwood floor or ceramic tile, and the cost of that was going to be too much. So the guy gave me a solution. I just ripped the carpet off, and they did the carpet installation. I would use them in the future, if necessary.
