If I could leave 10 stars I would. The whole process from start to finish was outstanding. This was THE best experience I've ever had with a service provider. The work was excellent and the communication was world class.

These company is full of crooks! They take complete advantage of you when your house is flooded. Their initial estimate was $5000 then they billed my insurance company $11000. Robert Webb the local owner is not a man of his word!!

We had a pipe break in our upstairs bathroom and flooded both levels and the basement. Water 911 came out and dried the house and then referred Pete and Wes with Reliable Restoration. Both Pete and Wes explained the process of getting my house put back together and showed empathy and compassion as my entire home was destroyed.
They met with the adjuster and ensured that all of the funding would be there to put my house back just as it was! They even dealt with my mortgage company (who were being difficult) to collect all the money for me. They began work immediately and had two construction crews on the job.
Their employees were very respectful and did a great job in every phase of construction services that they provided. They went the extra mile at the end of each day and cleaned the entire house of dust and debris. They work for almost two solid weeks and I am already back in my house! Thanks Reliable Restoration!

This is the most professional organization I have ever had in my home!!!  - - In the past I have had to use a restoration service and the 1st thing they want to do is bring in equipment and begin to tear things out. - -  Not so with "Ryan" and Reliable Restoration..

Reliable Restoration arrived on time as requested.  Inspected the damaged area (I had water in the basement), checked the plumber's repairs, checked for dry wood in the walls (thank goodness it was dry), then told me all I needed was to roll back the carpet and use a fan.  IN NET !!! This is a professional company... They could have come in and done a lot of unnecessary work, and charged us several thousand dollars.  Reliable Restoration showed me the most expeditious and economical resolution, and charged me nothing.  Oh, they had everything required if it had been needed, but instead they made me want to tell all of Angie's List about my experience and write this review to recommend them as honest, punctual professionals.  Thank you Ryan and "RELIABLE RESTORATION"...

It went very well. I was very pleased with their work, and they did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards.

My husband called Pete at Reliable Renovations and told him of the work we needed done to our house. The next day we had a detailed estimate for the job. After a phone call to discuss more details, Pete and his painter met me at my house so I could show them in person. Once we hired them, they showed up on time, were extremely professional, and cleaned up daily. They did such an amazing job on our house. Our windows are so old and have been painted so many times. Pete's painter sanded them down and painted them and the result was unbelievable. Our house looks great. We couldn't be happier with this experience.

RELIABLE RENOVATIONS window install crew was excellent from start to finish. They replaced all of my windows in one day 15 of them. The workmanship was beyond belief, you would never have known that they were here, the job was that good. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Our roof received damage in Hail storm in April. We were made aware of this when others in the neighborhood had new roofing installed. Upon examination, it was confirmed that we had hail damage to our roof and portions of our gutters. We recieved 5 different bids and Reliable Rennovations was the most professional in their approach. They performed the work as agreed and did an excellent job.

Reliable Renovations did my painting the first of the month. The job went so well I ordered some custom windows. The price was great and the windows do more things then I knew windows could do. The big thing is I can tell the difference already!! My compressors are running at least 50% less. I cannot wait to see how much my power bill drops! Thank again for a great job!!

Pete was great to work with. I have had some really rotten experiences with contractors and really am a bit gun shy about all contractors!! The crews at Reliable Renovations were impressive. Still a bit nervous as they started, that change fast. The crews were very professional and left my home very clean at the end of each day, which was impressive. The quality was top notch and the pricing fair; I got a great job done for a fair and reasonable price. I was so impressed with the entire process I ordered new windows and they are awesome! I would say if you need a painting contractor, call Reliable Renovations. And I want to thank the crew and Pete, the owner for such a positive experience.

The guys showed up on time and paid careful attention to place tarps over our shrubbery and gently removed furniture off our deck. We were delighted to see the men take their time and truly treated our like their own. My dad who is an engineer loved how Peter called every day to make sure we were happy with every detail of the job. My dad even invited Peter to go fishing one day. You would not believe how clean they left our home every day, they even did cleaned the patio off that was dirty before they ever started. Thia a testament to their work two of our neighbors hired them as well.
