This company did exceptional work. They were prompt, quick, knowledgeable, thorough and cleaned up our yard completely. We were scheduled to have three trees removed and based on the workmanship that we saw, we decided to have them remove four more trees, all of which was done in two days. We referring them and calling the back to remove the rest of our pine trees.

Highly recommend R and A. Reyes and his crew were excellent. Prompt service at a reasonable price. We had a massive tree fall in our backyard after a storm. I wasn’t home when the tree was removed and was pleasantly surprised that there was no sign of his work when I got home (other than the missing tree!). Cleanup was fantastic - not a leaf or limb in sight, with no damage to my lawn. Would definitely hire again.

If you years ago I had them remove a bunch of debris that my husband created when he decided he was going to trim the trees on his own! My husband likes to try to do things on his own but often leaves a mess! This time our backyard just got to overgrown and we decided to give them a call and get a quote . The entire process is wonderful and the owners really make you feel like they care about you and your yard! I was able to text and request the owner to come out which is wonderful because I don't have a lot of time to call people. The lady who responds to my text is in absolute angel very kind, prompt and informative. When the man cutting our trees came He was able to go around our property and let us know what he felt would look best to be taken out and what he could do! To surprise the quote Was lower than I thought which took a lot of stress off of me and my husband! They came out and did exactly what was talked about! Even removing the giant piles my husband had created and left for months! The crew worked quickly and they cleaned everything up! My backyard looks 100% better than it did a few hours ago! The even cleaned up sticks that had fallen from other trees. I will continue to recommend them and continue to have them come and help us with the trees around our house because they are very professional very courteous very prompt and kind! They exceeded my expectations.

My friends and I would hire them all over again there is never a problem we have used more than once they are very reliable and responsible and they always make sure that everything goes right and that both parties understand what will go on if something is not clear it will call and then we'll go over it never had a problem with these people I wish them a lot of luck still in their future and they have good prices thank you tree works we love you

I had Reyes and his family top out my tree on March 31st of this year. I called last week to ask them to come and look at the tree which seems to now be dying. Five months later, they have no record of topping my tree. I am not impressed at all. At first when I called, they gave me an appointment time to come and look at the tree but they no called and no showed. This is not at all what I expected from a man that brought even his children to my home. I give them 0 stars for follow up. They acted very unprofessional about me asking them to come back and look at the tree which now has much dead leaves.

"I did not have a record of this due to you telling me that the service was provided 3-4 months ago. Your tree was topped 6 months ago. The only reason the tree was topped was because YOU were refusing to pay. Your husband and Reyes made a deal to ONLY remove 4 - 5 LARGE lower limbs that were going towards your home. YOUR husband stated he ONLY wanted those limbs removed and he wanted them to be left in the backyard, he would dispose of them himself. I am guessing disposing of them meant burning them in the backyard (which could have easily damaged your tree after the topping) Either way we did not kill your tree. You asked for the tree to be topped (more like threatened to not pay if it was not topped) After the job was done you were very satisfied it seemed because you asked Reyes for another quote. He never provided services for you after that because he did not want to get stuck doing another job for free. If topping was the cause of any issue with this tree it would have died sooner and the leaves would NOT have grown back this past summer. And we WILL NOT come back to your property after the harassing phone calls, the false accusations and the fact that YOU called the phone speaking with Reyes SHOUTING and using words that were very inappropriate. You are now upset 6, almost 7 months later for something that is out of our control. We have NEVER had ANY customers complain about any of the services we have provided for them, and if there was an issue, they let us know immediately so the issue could be corrected. I am sorry you feel the need to TRY and make our company look bad because and use the WHOLE internet to make our company look bad because you can not get another free service from our company. Please stop harassing us. I am going to make this known publicly because we have done not a single thing wrong and you continue to slander us on the internet. Also, Reyes did come by on the day I told you he would to look at the tree. He did not stop because he did not want to work on your property again due to the free topping service that was only supposed to be trimming. Thank You."
