WELL ACCORDING TO ANOTHER HVAC CO BUT i HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES ABOUT WARRANTY AND THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS.ALSO THEY BID UNSOLICITED THROUGH YOUR PARTNER WITHOUT MY CONSENT. NOW, TO BE FAIR ,THE BID WAS VERY VERY COMPETITIVE. SO MUCH AT FIRST i THREW IT OUT AND IT KEPT ME AWAKE A FEW NIGHTS. AND THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB. WITH ACTUAL TRANE EQUIP. SO THAT IS NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL. JUST FANCY MARKETING. LITTLE COMPANIES HAVE TO DO THAT TO GROW. WHEN THEY DID BID, THE ACTUAL BID WAS ONLY $50 OFF..SO IT WAS NOT A LOW BALL. i JUST WISH THEY WOULD RETURN CALLS.

They do scheduled maintenance twice a year. We have a maintenance agreement with them. They leave the area very clean. We have good communications.

I've been using them for over 20 years. I wouldn't be doing business with them for this long if I didn't think they were good. I've always thought their prices were reasonable. I think they are a very good company and they do go work. They are honest and I feel very comfortable using them.

went very well.crew was professional and courteous. they were on time and completed the job in one day.the company owner was present and answered any questions i had.they also installed several new vents to improve distribution. i would strongly recommend this company to anyone in need of heat/air work.

We purchased on old home in the Candler Park neighborhood of Atlanta that needed a complete HVAC system replacement.  The home inspector and mold inspector highly recommended relocating the HVAC ductwork and furnace to the attic space.  We consulted with several different contractors and HVAC providers, and most of them did not want to relocate the system into the attic.  We were told the ceiling would collapse and that the work would take too long.  However, Pro Tech proved them all wrong.  I'll try to break things down into categories for this review:
1. Pre-Installation - Existing system filled with mold, over 12 years old and located in crawl space.  Duct work sagging and contacting floor of crawl space .  Old HVAC system delivering over 15,000 spores / cubic meter into the living area.
2. Bid Process - Marty, the owner of Pro Tech, personally visited our house on a Saturday to give a quote.  Marty was certain he could install duct work in the ceiling and detailed how he would cut through our very old plaster ceilings to install ducts without cracking the plaster.  I was sent several options of complete Trane systems to choose from (Furnace and Compressor).  Pro-Tech representatives were prompt and professional in responding to my emails throughout the selection process.  I selected a zone system to allow different settings in the various living spaces of the home.  In addition, we planned for a future finished attic space by planning appropriate duct routing to allow for finishing the space.  Our new zone system has the capacity to add the future attic space as an additional zone.
3. Performance of Work - the Pro Tech crew came out and delivered as promised.  They removed our entire old system including furnace, compressor, and duct work.  They cut new vents in the ceilings and ran the new duct work.  I believe in total the entire job took only two days.  Only two ducts remain in the crawl space to feed an addition on the house.
4. Post Installation Follow Up - Marty responded quickly only 3 days after finishing our installation after another set of contractors removed the two newly installed ducts in the crawl space and left them on the back porch.  His crew responded at 0600 the next day and repaired all the damage.  Also, unfortunately, our new drain line PVC was cracked and leaked a little onto our master bedroom ceiling.  When we pointed out the problem to Pro Tech, they immediately sent a technician to fix the problem.  In addition, Pro Tech paid to repair and repaint our entire master bedroom ceiling - we could not be happier.
We have been very pleased with our new HVAC system and the service we received from Pro Tech.

we have used protech for over 20 yrs now so i set up and appt. marty came out with a complete estimate drawn up.the work was done the next day by marty(the owner by the way) and his crew.they started at 7:30 am and finished at 6 pm very professional in all areas.stopped to answer any questions or concerns i had.his entire crew were very knowledgeable, couteous and respectful for our home and property.marty talked me into zoning my house into 3 areas.i was very leary at first but so far sold on this concept.the cost was very reasonable for the amount of work needed.my thanks go out to marty and his entire crew for a job well done!!!!

Initially spoke with Marty/ the owner who is very professional with an expressed focus on customer satisfaction.   Discussed my system problem, possibilities of what might be needed, and set up time for service at my convenience.  The repairman, Scott, showed up on time, went directly to work performing diagnostic, that was fully explained to me before any repairs were performed.  Did a thourogh job performing work that was needed and old A/C has been great/ blowing cool ever since.

THE CONTRACTORS WERE NEAT AND PUNCTUAL. THEIR ESTIMATOR WAS RIGHT ON TIME AND THEIR PRICING WAS AMONG THE BEST WE FOUND. THEIR RECOMMENDATION OF EQUIPMENT WAS SOUND. THEIR TURNAROUND WAS QUICK AND BOTH JOBS WERE EACH COMPLETED IN ONLY ONE DAY.
