Piano tuning Atlanta, by Charity

Outsourced to another local tuner - but didn't tell me; found out when tuner arrived with another business card.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Charity. She was very punctual arriving on time. Although it was early morning she was dressed very professionally; I thought the concert was at our home :-) She introduced herself prior to entering and when she entered she was very respectful of our home and took her shoes off, without us asking, and put on socks....I was impressed. She asked questions to address any concerns and specific issues we were having. Before and after performing the services she brought to our attention a couple of things which could affect the quality of sound (preexisting issues with the piano body). She was on her knees underneath the piano making sure she looked at everything; I appreciated that. She entered our home and performed her services in a way that exemplifies how to treat customers.....I will call on her again and recommend her to family and friends.

Charity spent about 4 hours making sure everything was perfect from a pitch perspective. I appreciated that. I don't think she realized when she quoted me a price that the piano would take that much time to tune, but I was impressed that she stayed with her quote.

Everyone is happy with the service. They did a good job. They were on time, friendly and professional. I recommend them!
