when they came they were too narrow. payless decor deduct from the measurement you send them for inside mounts. doesn't note this when you are entering the size. no refund if the blinds doesn't fit when you receive them. this is unacceptable as a customer. i will not order again from them or recommend them.

First of all, they had the best prices in town. I was a little bit weary about the quality because of the price, but when I saw my window treatments I was absolutely thrilled. Lena, the salesperson, was very patient with me and helped me select exactly the shutters I wanted. For example, the bamboo blinds I bought for $70 were $220 elsewhere. I also saved money on the horizontal blinds and the shutters. Their installer was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for my future window treatments.
