My roof leaked immediately after the next rain. I called them back out to fix the problem. They came out 2 times to fix the problem and finally told me that the problem is the flashing and they could not do any thing. I expected that when my roof was replaced under insurance due to hail damage, that any problems would be resolved. They informed me that I needed to replace my windows. My roof did not leak before they came replaced it, it just had hail damage. Now my roof leaks where it meets the wall every time we have heavy rain.
I recently noticed stains on my ceiling in numerous spots no where near the original leaks when we have light rain. I called Paul Davis Restoration to try to get them to come look at it. They would not call me back. I called them a second time and they informed me that because it was not an Insurance job, they could not help me. I asked that they at least come and tell me why their installation was leaking. I was informed that because it was outside their 1 year warranty, they would not send someone out. I spoke with my insurance agent, and she recommended that I find out the manufacturer of the shingles and get them to look at it. So I called Paul Davis Restoration again and asked about the manufacturer of the shingles installed on my roof. They told me at this point that my file was in the archives and they would have someone call me back. After not hearing from them, once again, I called again. I asked to speak with a Manager. The Office Manager got on the phone and told me that I would have to wait ANOTHER 48 hours to find out the manufacturer of my shingles. I then asked to speak with the General Manager, since I own Majestic Plumbing & Electric, I understand that sometimes you have to go up the chain of command to get a problem resolved. At this point, the Office Manager proceeded to get belligerent and rude with me. She told me that the General Manager was unavailable and could not speak with me. I asked when he would be unavailable. She said he would call me back the next morning. I had already informed her of my dilemma. I then informed her at this point, that I expected a phone call or else I would be writing a review online. She then got even more hostile with me. It has now been almost 3 weeks and I have not heard from them. So I am now writing this review. The Customer Service of Paul Davis Restoration has been abysmal. I just want my roof to stop leaking. I now have to take more time away from my own business and meet with other contractors to try and get my problem resolved.
"Mr. and Mrs. [Member Name Removed], We are very sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the experience you received. I would, however like to clarify a few issues. Upon being notified of the issue, 3 years after the initial repairs, we visited the property to assess the issues. At this time, the workmanship was outside of the warranty but we wanted to do anything we could to ensure the customer was happy and that our work was not the source of the issues. After arriving on scene with our owner and our roofing expert we went up on the roof to assess the issue. Both our company owner and roofing expert addressed Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s claim that there was flashing missing on his roof, as he was told by a 3rd party roofer he had take a look, that he believed was the source of the leak; we pulled back the shingles and showed him that the flashing was installed correctly. At this point Mr. [Member Name Removed] was informed that the roof was, in fact, not the problem but that his windows were the source of the leak. We pointed out how there were several cracks and this was most likely causing his issue. He was reluctant to agree so we decided to do a water test on his roof. We used his hose to spray on the areas he believed were causing the leak and no water entered the room below where he was seeing water spots. We then sprayed water on the windows and water began to visibly rush through into the room below verifying our claims that the windows were the cause of his issue. At this point he requested that we install new windows for him but seeing as he was not pleased with our initial work and service we requested that he use another installer for this repair. As for the communication he received from our office staff, we can do nothing but apologize as we cannot verify the lack of responsiveness. We are deeply sorry that Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not feel that we gave the proper attention to his issues and we hope that we have adequately addressed his concerns. We always strive to provide the highest level of quality service and work. We certainly appreciate the feedback as it has helped us improve our processes for handling any future communication issues with our customers. After Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s issue, we have instituted a new process to track any customer problems that we hope will ensure any future lack of responsiveness."
I would recommend him again.

"Thank you for the postive feedback. If you need anything in the future please give us a call."
On the whole the job was completed with no functional defects. We felt the appearance fell a little short of what had been agreed. The price was reasonable.
"Thank you for your review. Paul Davis Restoration really appreciates the opportunity to work with you and we look forward to working with you in the future"
