Osmin Escobar arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the proposed solution to my wife and me in plain english. The repair and some additional work we requested were completed in a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this company. Their prices are at the high end of the spectrum, but you get what you pay for.

The service rep. Angel and his helper Matt were very professional. The initial service was the spring startup of my lawn sprinkler system. Once the system was operable it was pointed out that it had 2 underground leaks. The leaks were immediately repaired and the system retested for any further problems.

Always get fantastic service from PLS in Charlotte, NC. Use them for spring start-up, fall winterizing, and back flow test. Professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Put in very extensive landscaping a couple years and very concerned about keeping it maintained. Recommend this company in Charlotte area.
