The quality of work has also been so-so for the price ($200 per month, while spending roughly 30 minutes each visit, and never offering any services like mulching, fertilizing, treatment for bugs, etc). Customer service was very poor. When I called to request additional services or discuss things I wanted done, I almost never received a call back. The real issue arose when two visits in a row, the workers shut the back gate but did not latch it, which resulted in my dogs pushing their way out and roaming halfway to Dekalb Avenue during rush hour in the morning. I was fortunate enough to receive a call from a kind neighbor, but was irate with the situation. When I called to cancel service and express my dissatisfaction, the response that I got was "Thanks" and a hang up. Not even an apology. I am enormously dissatisfied with this company, and do not recommend them.
