Complete nightmare. Job was supposed to be completed on 5/10/2017, we are still trying to get them to do the right thing, We contracted New Life Outdoor to redo the landscaping and sodding of our front lawn and also install an irrigation system. Their sales person Katie Weatherford sold us on their company so we chose them out of three companies who gave us estimates. After some back and forth negotiation, we finally contracted with them March 31st with a contract price of $8,990, with a stipulation that the job would finish no later than 5/10/17. We were supposed to pay half upfront and half at the completion of the job. The office manager at the time was Carrie Paulson, she sent us an invoice and we paid immediately. We were initially told they could start the job in two weeks. Nothing happened after two weeks and we started to call Carrie but could only get her voice mail and she would never return our call. We then call Katie who told us they could start late April, again nothing happened. After several messages to Carrie with no return calls, we called Katie again on 5/2/17 questioning whether their company was legit, she told us it is and they would be able to start the next few days. They finally started on 5/8/17, they were supposed to fertilize and pre-emergent the soil before the put the sod down, we reminded Katie before they started the job, and again on the day they started but she did not respond to us, the crew told us they were not told to do so. That's when the real nightmare started. The plumber who put in the irrigation system told us they wanted an extra $2,430.15 from us which we paid. On 5/12/17 they said the job was finished and demanded the other half of the money, we didn't pay because they didn't order enough sod. It would take them a whole week to get the rest of the sod in. They sent Blake in for the final walk through, we. We complained to Blake about thee crew not fertilizing the soil and treat the soil with pre-emergent before laying down the sod, the extra money the plumber charged us and also the plumber didn't put irrigation head on the side yard which was part of the contract. Then their COO Blais Lavender (he has since been fired) came down, he amended the contract by agreeing to take $1,115 off our contract price, gave us 1 year warranty on the turf, have Blake install the irrigation heads in the side yard, have Blake check bi-weely and adjust the irrigation system as needed, and finally 1 year of free Chemical service through All Turf. The job was finally done on 5/23 or 5/24/17 and we paid them. A week later there were weeds growing all over the lawn and the irrigation system was leaking, We repeatedly contacted Blais and asked to to have All Turf come come down to treat the weeds, and also fox the leak. After repeated request Blais finally sent All Turf down, All Turf only fertilize the lawn but did not treat the weeds. Blake came down the next day and he agreed things look bad, he took some pictures and was going to go back and show Blais. Blake also supposed to have fixed the leak but evidently he dint because it is still leaking today 7/10/17. In the meantime the weeds are growing out of control and basically taken over the lawn. We contracted Blais again and he informed us he has been fired on 7/1/17 and for us to contract the owner Brian Barton. I called the office and got a hold of the now office manager Elizabeth Rutland (evidently Carrie was fired too), who told me the owner was off on holiday. Elizabeth was nice and helpful and is the most responsive person we came in contact with at New Life. She contacted the sod supplier and found out the sod was supposed to be pre-treated with fertilizer and pre-emergent. I told her it didn't matter because the lawn is now taken over by weeds. She now has arranged for All Turf to contact me, we will see what happens. We still have the irrigation leakage problem. The attached pictures were taken a week ago and it is now worse.

We are very happy with New Life. They initially redid our landscaping and drainage and stone path. We were so pleased we hired them to do our monthly maintenance. We have been very happy with them.

Took some time as you might imagine. Brian did a fantastic job in putting it all together.

Ryan's work on the waterfall well exceeded my expectations.

We will call them again for winter work.

I accidentally chose a similar named landscaper here... The name of the landscaper we used was new life outdoors in Buford GA
