Staff and crew exceptional. Some damage due to leak of rainwater into van because of accident with tree limb but not really anyone's fault. Company is replacing a damaged book; I did not request anything else as most damage was quite minimal and everyone was so helpful.

Buyer beware. Read your contact carefully prior to payment. What they tell you is not the same as what they put in the contract. They use movers they hire from Craigs List to unload your belongings. All my wood items were scratched and the bun foot on my brand new dresser was broken. I have called and emailed for assistance in filing a claim for the damage, I have received no help or guidance. Adam is rude and disrespectful. I was told I would have 3 people to do the move, only 2 showed up. After loading only 1 of the 2 men transported my belongings. Upon arrival 5 Craigs List people met the driver at my apartment to help unload. They marked up my freshly painted walls. It was an absolute nightmare. They finished unloading at 1:00 am and at 1:30 I had their Craigs List employees knocking on my door wanting to be paid. It has been a week and still no response on how to file a claim. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

My sister recommended this company. I do have to say that once in her life my sister was right. Carol the office personnel was very helpful from start to finish. She took care of scheduling the onsite and move date. Carol called frequently during the process to ask questions and to see if there was anything I needed in the move process, such as packing or materials needed for the move. Carol called the day before pickup to verify the time and answer any questions that I might have. Carol also called again when my items were being loaded on the truck to ship to my home, and verify that I would be ready for delivery and to give me the drivers information so I could be in touch with him while he was in transit Adam was dispatched out for the onsite. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in handling the move inventory. He was accurate on the cost of the inventory, there was a slight price increase the day of the move, but that was on me as I decided to add additional items, the day of the move. Adam was there on moving day making sure the workers were handling every thing in A+ circumstances. The company even worked with me when I had to delay the shipping of my items because my house did not close on the expected date. I was impressed with the professionalism, patience and knowledge regarding the move. When they delivered my items I was disappointed that Adam was not there. Nothing was wrong with the delivery, in fact Anthony was very helpful making sure that all the items were placed in the correct room and that I was satisfied with the delivery before he and his crew left. It was just by the end of the move I had worked so closely with Adam that I was looking forward to seeing him again. I will definitely keep their number so if/when I ever move again I will make sure to give them a call. I can not say enough positive things about the company. When you move from one state to another you feel so over whelmed and alone. Through this entire process the team (office personnel and movers) where so helpful and understanding. The worst part of this process is having to let my sister know that she was right about the company, which means I am going to have to deal with her!

Our driver, Anthony, was absolutely great!! Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was the driving force for the success of our move. I really canà ¢à  à  t say enough good things about Anthony!!!!

This company caused several thousands of dollars of damage to my belongings. They did not hire enough help to unload my belongings and showed up late!

Great Company

Adam was difficult to work with. 2 of the workers were great. One other came the the first day and didnt return the second day. Adam then hired someone off of Craigslist for the second day. That person promptly robbed me of $2000.00 and then disappeared! A police report was filed. Adam of course had no address for the person. On the delivery end... the same 2 wonderful workers were there. There was suppose to be another to help. That person never showed and we ended up helping to unload the truck that we had paid them to do. Watch out for the fine print. Stay away from this company!

Did a move from one state to another state.

They were good, efficient and got it done accordingly to help me transition fast from one place to another!

I moved from TN to GA about six months ago and they packed up everything, they ship it in a timely manner and they keep me updated!
