Did an excellent job

Mr. McEwan was prompt and he and his employees did an excellent job. They took up remnants of the old carpet and then refinished the hardwood floors beautifully. His price was very reasonable and they left everything in apple pie order!

I enjoyed working with Jim's team very much, they were excellent! I would highly recommend to home owners that they purchase lots of plastic drop cloths and cover all cabinets, pantries, countertops, built-in bookcases and remove all artwork, photos, draperies, etc. Because this was not done, I had to spend many weeks doing a detail construction clean because the massive amount of dust from sanding the floors got inside all cabinets, drawers, pantries, vents, walls, crown molding, throughout the entire house. It was a great consolation that my hardwood floors on my main level were so beautiful.

Jim and his team were punctual, did the job with dedication. Pricing was nominal compared to the competitors.Definitely recommend for any flooring work.

Jim is a floor wizard! His quality of work is beyond compare. My floors are absolutely beautiful and he fixed a spot that I wasn t sure could be repaired. Beyond his obvious talent for reviving sad hardwoods he is professional and friendly, and very reasonably priced. Can t recommend him enough!

We had existing floors in two rooms refinished and another 700ft installed to match. Jim and Fred were on time every day. They are professionals and work hard to please their clients. I would recommend them to others.

Jim is a craftsman. In this case, it was just Jim and his assistant Fred doing the work, which was fine by us because I did not want a house full of people I don't know working on the floors. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable.

Excellent customer service/- showed up on time, did what he said he'd do, and did it well. No high pressure sales pitch, just a good guy doing great work at a fair price.

Jim went above and beyond! I had some new hardwoods installed in my den area to match the rest of my house. Additionally, he refinished my kitchen area as well. To say that my den and kitchen look incredible would still be an understatement. My husband and I were so pleased that we can't wait to have our upstairs refinished. I had three other quotes before him and while all were in the ballpark, I went with Jim since he had such extensive experience working on hardwood floors. For the quality and the price, I highly recommend Jim if you are considering a flooring project in your house. I have already told a few friends of mine about him as well. You don't find too many people like Jim who have an honest work ethic in addition to performing high quality work.

Jim was very forthcoming is exactly what the project would entail, how many days and hours he would be here, etc. He worked out his schedule around mine. Very responsive and the floors look beautiful. Lots of company for Christmas day so I could show them off. I would hire him again for sure.

McEwan Flooring just finished my floors today. They were here for a full week to install new floors and refinish the existing floors. They did a wonderful job, I couldn't be happier with my floors. Jim and Fred were professional, courteous and hardworking. They showed up on time each day. They came back on a Sunday to help move furniture back into the house. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. I would recommend them and use them for future projects.

Great job on my flooring installation. I bought the product from Home Depot and McEwan Flooring took care of the rest. The price and quality of their service was top notch with no surprises and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them.

Must tie him down to exactly the final "drive out " price. Be alert to the extra charges. Make sure he cleans any residue. Gave the best price of all bidders; was accommodating with regard to schedules. End result was what was expected. Very satisfied.
