MayFord Doors

Cannot get ahold of anyone to dix or replace our back door. Had a repair guy come out for a “temporary” fix. It was over a year and half ago. Said they would order a a new door…cannot get ahold of anyone. Do not return phone calls/emails or no one is even in their store during normal business hours. Had a “new” part owner come out about 3 months ago to measure for a new door. Haven’t heard from him since. Door is starting to fall apart/rot due to weathering. Issues is still not fixed at the bottom of the door.

Wonderful company to work with. The quality of the work is outstanding, both in the product, installation, and customer service. The door is exactly what I wanted!

We scheduled appointments and visited Mayford Glass Gallery, Inc in Norcross, Ga twice to pick out the doors and the glass that we wanted. We decided which doors and glass that we wanted and placed our order on October 7, 2014. We understood from the beginning that they were very busy at that time and that it would probably be around mid to late December before they could install the doors. The time frame was agreeable to us. The owner of the business came to our home and made a number of measurements. Periodically he notified us of the progress on the making of our doors and on December 23, 2014 they came to install our doors. The men who installed the doors did an outstanding job. The doors are absolutely beautiful. We are so pleased with the doors and highly recommend the company.
