We bought a Tempurpedic initially, but returned it to buy something else. They were fantastic throughout the whole sale!!

We spent a lot of time looking at and laying on mattresses. We chose one. John, our salesman, realized we currently had no mattress and he graciously offered a loaner mattress until the one we were ordering would be in. The loaner mattress was high quality and quite comfortable, a Simmons. Then the mattress we ordered came in. It was also a Simmons. It soon became apparent that we were not happy with it. It was too plush and whatever memory foam was in it was making us hot. Unfortunately, you generally can't get your money back on a mattress and we knew that; we knew an exchange was possible but that we could only do that once. And John worked for us; at another place we might have done far less well. I spent a lot of time choosing a different mattress. A much firmer mattress I knew I would like more, but was not sure my wife would. This mattress was also much less expensive (an Englander) than the other, so we ordered it and a 2 inch latex fast-response topper. The combination was sure to be good for my wife. We also got 2 latex pillows. That made the new order roughly of the same monetary value as the original. My wife and I both love the new mattress, with the topper! Finally, we are once again sleeping well and not having back pain!
One bit of advise: they have a few locations; one more is very near this one and the other has a bigger selection. I actually ended up going back and forth between them, which some might not like. But it ended up being totally worth it. And I think it also gave me time to really think about the comparisons.
All in all, though, I have to say John was great and the company worked well for us. I highly recommend them if you need a new bed!
Oh, and even the delivery guys were great!
