+ -1 moreVery poor and unfriendly service. The Better Business Bureau also shows several claims against them. They refuse to give my refund of $1598 so they have the unused merchandise and my money- I have nothing.
Description of Work: Ordered 1 Berkline Recline Seat. Leather World delivered 2 individual seats of the wrong kind. After returning the seats to them, they would not reorder correct seat or refund money- instead offered me an in-store credit of $1100 of the $1598 paid via credit card to them. Leather World is a showroom and the merchandise on hand in the store was shopworn and nothing available for me to select from. Visa/Bank of America attempted a settlement but they reversed it leaving me with a lost of $1598 which they refuse to refund.
