JOSE SANCHEZ HOME IMPROVEMENTS INC

We really liked all the work that Jose Sanchez and his fellow worker, Santos, did. Jose is a very talented craftsman. He seems to know about so many areas of home improvement. Santos is a very capable assistant and he and Jose work together as a team seamlessly it seems. They arrived each working day, put down protection cloths over the entire way in and to the work area, worked diligently all day , and at the end of work cleaned up, took all the protection cloths out and swept up if needed. Jose would always stop and answer a question or explain something if we asked him. He was patient and gave us advice and never pushed us to go "top of the line" with any cost of a purchase. If something was not workable in our budget, he would explain options that would work but still be acceptable. We think highly of Jose and Santos and have already planned to have them do future projects at our house.

I called Jose Sanchez because I wanted to find a way to update my kitchen cabinets. Refacing seemed expensive based on other quotes I received. Jose came to my home within a day or two on time, as scheduled. After looking at my cabinets we discussed several options. Painting the cabinets was in my budget and so I decided to do that. I picked and purchased the paint myself (although Jose was willing to do that) because I wanted to pick out my color. Jose purchased all other supplies and I reimbursed him. He always presented the receipts from the home improvement store. I live in a high rise condominum so I left instructions with the concierge to let Jose and his crew into my unit. I was never home while they worked. They finished the job in 3 days as promised and I paid the amount as quoted (he didn't go up on his price). After the job was complete, I noticed a few things that I needed corrected and Jose came back the next day and immediately made the corrections. Jose also touched up paint on my kitchen walls (from a previous botched paint job) for free! I have additional home repairs and I definitely will be using Jose Sanchez for those repairs in the near future.

I would definitely hired him again. He was always on time and would stay late in order to finish the project. Jose would clean up every little pieces of nail, woods, and bricks, etc. I had 3 contractors over my house explaining what needs to be done. Jose Sanchez by far beat the estimate price of my house.
