Javier and team did it again! What a great job they did in taking down trees on my property. This is the 2nd time hiring JC Tree Service and will use them again if the need arises.

I hired JC on 7/26/19 to remove a tree and grind the stump from my front yard. They cut down the tree, cleaned up well afterwards, but after removing the large pile of mulch that was left, I discovered that the stump was not completely ground and parts of it was still above ground. I contacted JC numerous times between September and January and got the run around for months. It was not until I began to complain and write negative reviews that he finally came back to my property on 1/21/20. Upon inspecting the site where the tree had been, he agreed that the stump was not completely removed. He ground the stump and took care of the roots for the inconvenience. He apologized for not taking care of the problem sooner. I am glad we were able to resolve the issue without further escalation.

Javier was courteous and explained the steps his team would perform. The team arrived on time and removed my trees with no problems. They cleaned the work area thoroughly and finished within a reasonable amount of time.

They did my tree removal and stump grinding all in half a day. That was approx. 20 trees and they trimmed up my large oak tree in the front of the house.They cleaned up their mess, as well. They were a third of the price of other bidding companies. Very happy with their work.

I started filling out H.A. about 10:30am. I finished and went up stairs and my phone rang, it was J.C. Tree Services. With in an hour Javier arrived and I had an Est. Two 7 in. trees about 40 ft. long were broken about 2ft. above ground and leaning over our 6 ft. wooden fence. Only tangled branches and vines were stopping the trees from crushing the fence. The crew showed up about an hour later. Well, they left at 3:15pm. both trees were gone, they trimmed another tree whos branches were rubbing against the house, and the yard was cleaned up completely. My fence doesn't have a scratch on it. I am happy with their work! I am happy with their price. I asked Javier for his business card to give to my friends.

Began work without letting us know he was here, so he actually ground a stump in my neighbors yard before I could catch him. Nice guy though, and he did a very good job with cleanup. Waiting for the office to email me a paid receipt.

JC Tree Service did an excellent job of removing 17 mature Leland Cypress Trees. They completed all work, stump grinding and cleanup in one day. Javier and his crew did exactly what they committed to. I would hire them again.
