Mr. Pimenta wanted full payment before renovations were complete and became offended when quality was questioned and full payment wasn't given. His worker grouted over old grout on brick pavers on decking. It looks terrible with many places missed completely. Grout film was left on brick pavers on deck. When asked about the unevenness in appearance of the re-plaster job in the pool he said it would go away once the pool was scrubbed. He did not tell us to scrub the new re-plaster job daily for 28 days or any other information which caused permanent uneven color appearance. Rust is coming through diving board base in less than a week and old blue color of diving board shows through new white paint job. I don't believe previous reviews now. I paid over $13,000 for this poor job. He also threatened to place a contractor lean on our property if we did not pay immediately even though we were dissatisfied with the quality of the finished job. At this point our working relationship was damaged beyond repair. Mr. Pimenta does not stand behind his work and did not give a warranty.

We hired ITA Construction to resurface our inground pool. Fenelon and his crew did a great job. From quote to completion the process was seamless. They were prompt, professional and did exactly what they said they would do and when. They worked hard and paid attention to detail. We are very happy with the finished pool. It's beautiful. When we decide to do our fire pit we will hire them again.

My experience with this company was phenomenal. 5 minutes after I posted on Home Advisor Fenelon Pimenta (owner) was on the phone. One hour later he was at my door. 2 days later the re-plastering job was done. I am so happy with the job and the overall experience. I am a demanding perfectionist, so it is nice to find someone like Fenelon and his crew. Thank you!

Fenelon did a wonderful job. We are so happy that his work that we plan to hire him to create an outdoor kitchen in addition to the pool work he's already done for us. We highly recommend him.
