Initially it went well. I am three years out and the cabinets are falling apart and paint chipping and peeling all over the place. I have contacted Shawn at Imperial Design and he told me they only stand behind their work for one year. Seriously, wouldn't you expect cabinetry work to last for more than one year??? I would not expect to have new cabinet doors every 2-3 years. Worst cabinet quality I have ever seen. Terrible terrible company. Quality issues for sure. They did not even have an interest in looking at the issue. Total waste of time and money as I will need to have this work redone.
