With our upfront pricing for everything including the products, installation, takedown and any service calls as well as storage, you will not have any unexpected expenses with your holiday lighting package. Our crews are professional, courteous, and have the ability to communicate with the customer to make sure you get exactly what you desire. We are fully insured through USAA Business Insurance with The Hartford as our underwriter. "[Member Name] I am sorry that you were disappointed. Our system is set up that you purchase your product the first year then you only pay to have your products installed. In 2012 you purchased your product 2013 you paid for installation only. This year we made a business decision which would allow us to provide better customer service to our clients however we were forced to raise our minimum order. You should have been offered additional products and additions to your design to bring you above the minimum order."
