One worker came out to complete the job.

I've been using them for 15 years.

The people they sent to clean the carpet pretty much ran thru the house and damaged our banisters. The carpets were not cleaned just perfumed. On the phone they were good but in person was a jerk. I had issues with the subcontractor.

Showed up early. I was able to use their coupons. left a little more water on the floors than I expected but I would use him again.

I needed my entire house cleaned (carpet) because I was moving out. There were a few areas that I was concerned with having three boys and a dog. It was not bad, but I did not think it would get "brand new" clean. I got the basic cleaning because, again, I was moving out and did not need all of the extra services.
The guys called when they were on there way and actually made it early. They had to wait for me because I was running late from an appointment. They were very professional and ready to work. I had a few pet stains that they offered additional services for (smell good etc...) I did not take those services and they did not pressure me at all. They understood I no longer lived there. However, they did explain that the carpet cleaner would make the pet stains have an odor. I advised them I would take care of that with baking soda and carpet fresh. I had already pre-treated the stains with Odo-Ban and Awesome so I knew they would be okay. Anyway, mid way through they asked me to see the progress. It looked really good. They had not gotten my areas of concern yet, however, I was pleased.
Now they are done and it is time for the walk through. The area of concern looked very good and most of the house looked brand new. I was very pleased. for 65.00 they did an amazing job. I can only imagine how good it would have looked with the extra services. I must say my carpet was not bad it was just the high traffic areas and the room all the boys spent most of their time. No miracle was performed and the carpet had been cleaned before with a carpet cleaner and with no water carpet cleaner. None the less they still did an awesome job.

The provider called in advance to let us know he was nearby and on the way. When he and his assistant arrived they were friendly, professional, and got right to work. At the completion of his work, he explained a few details about the job that was done.
The furniture was given to me, used, so I was not familiar with the ins and outs of it. After the furniture was cleaned, I lifted the seat cushions and realized that they did not clean under the cushions. The seats are actually flipable, but they only cleaned the top of the cushion, not the under side. If I hired them again, I would request that they clean both sides.

I always get my carpet cleaned through them every year and the price is always very reasonable; more reasonable then some other local competitors. They do a thorough job and the job is really good for the price.

Received a coupon in the mail stating they would shampoo your entire home including stairs for $67.95 with no extra charge for Berber carpet. We called them and scheduled an appt. They were prompt although the driver could not find our address (not sure why?) and needed directions. He was very curt on the phone. Once they arrived they conducted a quick walk through and immediately began working. Between the two of them with one machine, they cleaned all of our Berber carpets (~2500 sq feet) within 45 mins. Afterwards the carpet smelled wonderful. The reason we gave them a C for quality was that the carpets did not seem to be deep cleaned as you could still see all the furniture indentations and the carpet was SOAKING wet. With 2 kids, 2 large dogs, and 2 long-haired cats, I was hoping for a deeper, more thorough cleaning. You couldn't beat the price though. I guess we got what we paid for.

This was my 3rd time using this company. They showed up on time and was very professional. I was very pleased with there service.

The company was courteous when I set up the appointment. They were running a whole house special so I decided to give them a try. The technician was pleasant, prompt, and gave the 30 notice that they said he would. I was suprised, however, when it was one person in a pick up truck with a carpet cleaner in the back - not much bigger than one you rent at a store. I had spot cleaned some areas with a home carpet cleaner, as it was a rental property and had some bad stains. Unfortunatley, the bad stains actually were worse after the technician finlished , and pet odor was still there. I had to go over the bad spots several times again with my cleaner. When I told the company that I was not happy with the quality of cleaning they offered to re-clean it, however, I did not have it re-cleaned as I did not want to get the carpet wet again with new people now moved in the house. I would not use the company again for anything other than a light cleaning job. I think this was one of those "get what you pay for " experiences

We scheduled service a few days in advance and were given a window of 8-12 for the cleaners to arrive. After they had yet to arrive or call by 11:30am, we called and were informed they would arrive by 12 at the very latest. They arrived after 12:30. They quickly cleaned the carpets in the house, but left them extremely wet in spots. The next day as the carpet dried, it didn't appear any stains were removed. I'm not sure any care or attention was paid to the work performed. I would never use this company again or recommend them to a friend.

They cleaned my whole house, 3 bedrooms, a living room, a sun room and a hall.

They have really great coupons and sales. This time I got the whole house done for an amazingly low price because of the special they had going. It's definitely worth it. I'm usually very happy with their service, but once in a while someone will come who doesn't seem to know what he's doing. I've used them for 12 years and will continue to do so.

They did very good. It was more of a general cleaning though. They don t move furniture. It is nothing super special, but if you need your carpets to be freshened up they are a good company to go with and they are cheap. I am pleased with the service from them. I would also recommend them.

They did an okay job until the carpets dried. After that it smelled like garbage. I will never use them again. The price was good, but the quality of the work was terrible. I called them to have them come check it out and there was no response. I was not thrilled with them at all.
