I would use them again.

Counter top installer did good job installing counter top and installed new faucet.( probably so Bynum would not ruin his work)  Bynum Plumbing came out to hook up drain. I watched him take out and  cut scrap pipe and glue it together from his truck for drain and P trap. After he was finished, could not close cabinet door. Drain line leaked and destroyed bottom of new cabinet. Store manager sent him back twice to fix, he put caulking on outside of pipe, still leaked. Had to call R.S. Andrews to  rip it out and do over. Cost me $250 to fix. Took two years ,but Home Depot sent me a Credit Card for $250 . I will never use Home Depot for any Contracting. They insisted I use Bynum to get warranty on counter tops. This guy was rude and menacing the second time he came back. Angies list now rates him a C.   Nightmare experience. Should have hired a private contractor or did it my self. If Bynum ever comes back I will call the police and have him thrown off my property.  I even went out to HOme Depot headquarters with pictures of the mess, took two years to get reimbursed.

The price was reasonable. They were professional. There were three people here doing the work and they were done in 5 days. The results of the trim work are good.

There is very little cross training in the departments. If you can't find an employee in that particular department it is very rare that you can get good help with a random employee. I had a plumbing question and after paging the department manager twice the store manager finally helped me out. The manager was nice enough for the inconvenience to give me 10% off on that particular purchase but I have had some problems with this store over time. They are easier to get to and that is why I go there but I have had some issues in the past.

I was very happy with everything they did. They performed an excellent job. It was done in a timely manner. I didn't have to tell them to not do anything that I didn't want. I was very pleased! They warranty all their work, and I liked them a lot.

I went to Home Depot to purchase the door and they took the information down and put together a work order and told me that the installer would have to come out and do measurements and then the door could be ordered from the factory. I paid the $30.00 to have him come out and he did the measurements and I thought that was it. It wasn't. I was supposed to go back and sign everything and pay for the door. After doing that they ordered the door and didn't do any follow up from that point on. I had to stay after them and when the door came in it was the wrong depth because Home Depot change the depth of the door. They had to reorder the door and it is due to be installed 02/18/2006. I started this purchase 11/12/2005 and I haven't gotten it yet.
