Vincent Jackson and his assistant were exceptional. They did a thorough job of replacing my windshield and explained the process to me. They were competent, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. I would definitely highly recommend Glass Doctor.

Overall, went well. But discovered that price paid is about 50% higher than a competitor charges for the same service. Also found some scratches caused by installer on hardwood floor.

Communication was very professional and easy scheduling for estimate for project. Service tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took measurements, asked what were our needs and even made suggestions that were very sound. The job was was done efficiently and faster than anticipated. We love the look and style that was suggested to us by the tech. We actually had a few other companies come out to give estimates, but Glass Doctor was more cordial and very negotiable with pricing, that’s guaranteed.

I highly recommend this company. They responded to my request immediately and did not try to sell me new windows or other renovation--unlike two other companies that I contacted.

They came as promised, on-time and did an excellent quality job.

They are always very friendly, helpful, knowledgable, responsive and pretty cost effective. I had them do work on a customers closet.

We had termite damage in the frame. They took the windows away while we repaired it and then brought them back and finished the installation at no additional charge.

Good, everything was done like it was suppose to. Punctuality was not good.

Workers showed up on time, they were courteous & professional. It was a bit pricey, but I have never repaired a picture window before so this pricing may be typical. Tried 2 other glass vendors & one didn't return calls & other one said they couldn't do it (glass was too big). I am very pleased with final product. Will use them again.

Though I have used Glass Doctor in the past with no issues, this time the work done was very poor. The seal was not placed back properly on the patio door, and all of the glass was not vacuumed up after the door was replaced. An initial return appointment by a Glass Doctor rep was not kept. Customer service was poor. If you use Glass Doctor, double check their work after the "repair" is done. Take a picture of the work. If a return visit is needed, call them the morning of to make sure someone plans to keep the appointment. Please note that my rating relates to the experience I had after the incomplete repair was reported to Glass Doctor.

The 2 windows look good and the technicians did a good job. The problem is obviously with time scheduling. When the technician measured the windows, they knew they were dormer windows which would require inside and outside work. The glass was ordered ) and I waited for them to call me to set up installation. They called and scheduled installation for 11/3/15. I asked for a time and the scheduler indicated the technician would call with the time window. I received a call on 11/3/15 and was given a 1pm to 3pm window. Just before 3pm, the technician called and indicated they were running behind and would be there around 4pm. They arrived after 4:15pm and installed 1 window before it got dark. They said they would be back the next day. I asked for a morning time and they indicated they would check the schedule and call me in the morning. They called with a 3pm to 5pm window. After 4pm, they called to ask to reschedule for the next day. I expressed my unhappiness and they apologized and indicated they would be there in the morning. The technician called the next morning to verify the time and they did arrive and install the second window as indicted. As I said the technicians did a good job and I believe there product is good but you need to be aware that they must have issues with scheduling. One final note, the technician used a ladder and did not have covers for the feet. As a result, I will need to do some touch up painting on my walls. I think the company should require the technicians have covers.

Two great young men came out. Did the work professionally, quickly and only needed me when they were finished. No mess.

We used this provider about 11/2 years ago. As I recall they gave an estimate that seemed in line with the going rate, arrived on time and provided the service we contracted for.  The technician was pleasant and efficient.  I would call them again.

 Had parts on hand to do repairs immediately.  Window looks fine.  Price seemed a little high but didn't have much time to price shop so I don't know how he would compare with others.  On the other hand, being able to estimate and repair the window in the same visit instead of two separate visits was worth the price.
