Customer service was excellent. Work was great. Cleanup could have been better.

GA waterproofing is not the most expensive, nor the cheapest. They were the company who was ready to hire. They were hardworking, professional who addressed my concerns and got the job done in two days, so I could close on time. Excellent service, budget friendly, punctual. And respectful of me and my property.

All of the work was completed on time and as agreed to and to my satisfaction. The workmen were real pros.

Water was coming into our basement for some time. I got quotes from a few different companies and GA Waterproofing spent time assessing the the situations, explaining what needed to be done and showed me images and sample of how they would complete the work. Jose and his team came through and got the work done in a day and a morning. Since then, the basement has been bone dry. I am very pleased with their work and look forward to hiring them for future jobs.

The guys were very hard workers and finished the job even earlier than they promised. Good work and followup. Definitely would recommend them to anyone interested in their specialty. Will most likely use them again for another project early next year..

They came out and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The team came and got right to work in minutes. Each member had a job and they worked as a team. They worked hard and long. Almost knocked out a two day job in one day. But couldn't quite do it. They cleaned up after. Their estimate was more detailed in what they were going to do which is why I choose them for the work. Would hire again.

They need to be more customer service focused and after there work is done they need to restore the property in the condition it was in before they started. Update: After I got management/Owners involve the issue was resolved in a timely matter. Jonathan was great in assisting me in resolving all of my issues.

Our basement flooded and we had several contractors come out to give estimates for repairs. GA Waterproofing was not the cheapest nor most expensive! I chose them because Jose took the time to walk me through the repair process, explaining how they would repair the leaks. His crew showed up on the day promised and they worked thoroughly and diligently for 2 days waterproofing my basement. We are leak free and I couldnâ t be happier with the results. Jose and his crew were very professional, punctual and I would highly recommend them!! Thank you for an excellent job!!

They are more than a water proofing and tree removal business. Hire them they offer multiple services. They would be the first ones that I would call if I needed any service.

The owner and his companions worked at our house steadily for four days to complete the extensive basement waterproofing project and to remove four large trees near our house. Their quote was far below those of two other companies for a very similar scope of work. Even so, we were very pleased with the results. We will definitely call Jose again should other related projects become necessary.

Had to re-do the whole crawlspace. Second time was done correctly.

they had a problem scheduling and showing up when scheduled. Also, refused to work before getting a signature on a contract. That delayed the project.
