I cannot say enough great things about the quality of Franklin's work. He was able to begin work immediately which was very helpful in my situation, and was flexible in working around cabinetry that I could not afford to replace. This was a two-part project: Franklin took care of demolition of old, ugly tile and replaced it with beautiful red oak hardwood that matched the rest of the house, and he sanded the previously dark-stained floors in the rest of the house to return them to their original beautiful natural color. He even did some beautiful custom work at a doorway threshold, making an old eyesore beautiful again. Franklin's work has added tremendous beauty and value to my home. I highly recommend him for your next flooring project!
