All problems were taken care of and everything has been working perfectly since the work was done. Throughout the process Larry Dobbs kept me informed of exactly what the problems were, what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Dobbs and his assistant were punctual and got right to work. They got the job done quickly, even though they took time to answer whatever questions I asked while the work progressed. The cleanup was thorough.
At all times Dobbs and crew were professional and focused on the task at hand. The work required was exactly as it had been described to me beforehand - no unexpected problems or additional charges. I would definitely use Dobbs Plumbing in the future for problems large or small.
