As a tenant...run away from any rental/lease handled by these people.
If you are an owner.... when we came to look at this house, they wouldn't meet us for a showing. Instead, they gave us the combination to their lockbox. When we arrived at the house, the doors were standing wide open in a hard storm, letting rain into the house. We locked things up as a courtesy. Now we know it wasn't a one-off...it's just the way they do things. I would never let these people handle my property.
