It went very well.  The installer were very efficient, and the job was done in 3/4 of a day.  No problems.

My wife and I went to their store at Norcross, and decided to buy one of their shaw flooring brand carpets, as well as 80 lb memory foam pads. The sales guy was helpful. He came to my house later on that day to do a measurement. And then we reached a final price. He gave me his cell phone in case I change my mind, which actually works since later I wanted to change to a lighter color and called him on Sunday. He responded and allowed me to change it. Everything went well and we made an appointment for installation on the coming weekend. But on the installation day, the installer called me 1 hour passed the appointment time and told me he'd be late for another 3 hours, without giving me any material reasons. So I called the sales guy, and he just argued with me and won't offer any help. Then I spoked to the store manager. He solved problem and was able to find another 2 installers to come and do the installation. The installers were professional, they even told me how to fix the tricky issue of the squeaky floors on my master bedroom, since it was not something that you can fix by adding screws, you would need to add wood shims into the gaps between floor and walls. So, overall, their services are good. The store manager is helpful, the installers (who actually did the installation) are professional. The sales guy's performance is mixed, good before you paid, and bad thereafter. Also, it feels a little weird that I was charged for 151 sq yd of carpet, but the carpet that they actually ordered are 149 sq yd, as everything is clearly labeled on the packing slip of the carpet.

I wanted to have the carpet installed before we moved. So time frames were tight. I ordered the seamed carpet on a Friday (8/21). It was ready the following Wednesday (8/26). Separately I ordered wall to wall carpet for one room on Wed (8/26) evening. They were prepared to install it early on Fri AM (8/28). On Thursday (8/27) afternoon I went back to increase my order to four rooms. They were still able to install it on Fri (8/28) AM and even arrived early. Both the salesman and installer were very accommodating.
