Everything was seamless from the very beginning. They found the carpet we wanted in another state and held it for 6 weeks until we were ready. The workers were courteous, communicated well, and did a good job.

A friend had recommended Dalton Direct Carpets to my wife after having them install some carpet and flooring in their home.  We had gone to the big box stores looking at carpet but were not happy with the service or the pricing. 
From the moment we walked into Dalton Direct Dave made us feel at home.  He explained everything about today's carpeting and showed us a number of samples. 
We chose a few samples and Jim went out and cut a larger piece of one for us to take home with us.  We scheduled Jim to come out and measure the total square footage.  We chose the carpet and within 3 days it arrived at the store. 
We scheduled the installation for the 11th and Philepe with his crew showed up right on schedule and spent the next 11 hours installing the carpet.  The did a great job which included removal of the old carpet and moving all the furniture. 
We were extremely pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Dalton Direct.

My parents picked out the carpet and then I went to their house when the carpet was installed.  They were professional and they did a good job.  They did what they said they were going to do and there were no surprises.   I would definitely use them again.

The carpet in my bedroom had buckled a couple years after installation ( another company installed ) Called this company to stretch and cut the excess carpet. They dispatched someone for later in the week and the technician was professional and he worked very fast. I t was obvious he had done this many times over. I assumed they'd have to remove the bedroom furniture out of the room, but he acessed where the 3 buckles were and only removed the dresser away from one wall and vanity from another adjacent wall and moved the pieces after each directional pull he needed.  Took approx 45 minutes to stretch, cut and tuck back in mouldings. Very happy with this service.

The installers moved all the furniture out of each room, removed the old carpet & swept up all the dirt under the carpet.  They next installed the padding & the carpet.  They put all the furniture back after vacuuming the new carpet.  They did a great job & were very careful with the walls & furniture.  Overall we were completely satisfied & would use them again if we had to.

Very good overall. My only complaint is that I thought the carpet pad would have been thicker-however, I had to make a quick decision with very little preparation and I felt like they were honest and helped me make a good choice.

The team at Dalton Direct Carpet Outlet were fantastic. My wife and I were able to find the quality of carpet we wanted with the helpful team they have there. Based on the style and traffic we would see in our home, these guys actually presented options that were cheaper than we origionally thought. Not many would do that. They came out and did a great job removing the old carpet and pad, and laying down the new. It could not have gone any smoother. They delivered on time and on budget. It is worth the drive out to Norcross to meet with these guys.

Visited the showroom on Saturday and brought home five samples. Jim Shuler (sp?) sent someone out to measure that very afternoon. He called us back before the end of the day with an estimate, which we accepted, and Jim scheduled installation for the following Wednesday. The work was done on time, on budget and very professionally. Best carpet value/service we've seen in 30 years of home remodeling.

We evaluated several carpet companies. Most companies would bring samples by, but these guys work out of their storefront on I-85. I believe their low overhead provides lower costs. These guys are as knowledgeable as anybody that we talked to. These guys have years of experience in the business, and good relationships with the many of the mills. We asked for lots of samples and the ones we got from these guys came to us a lot quicker. Their installers are also long time contractors, so they were also very competent. I was irritated by one company that sent a sales rep into our home, but didn't bring any samples and insisted that we visit their show room.

They were excellent. They were very honest and they got us an excellent bargain, they were very prompt and very responsive during the entire ordeal, they were very customer oriented, and I feel that they were very well priced.

Met at the store to review flooring. Selected and ordered strip vinyl flooring 3' long, 1' width. Delivery came in one week and the installation date was selected. Installers arrived as requested and installation was completed without any problems.

I shopped several stores before choosing Dalton Direct Carpet Outlet. Several factors influenced my decision. These store has been in the same location for 30 years. This says a lot. Jim has a through knowledge of the flooring industry and went out of his way to help me choose and understand the product. I feel that dollar for dollar, these folks had the best quality for the money. There was no pressure and no frills but honest and reliable people who did everything as they said and in a timely manner.

It went well. This was the fourth time we have used them. All four times I found the prices to be reasonable, they always showed up on time and did great work.

Everything went as planned. The carpet was installed within one week of placing the order. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. This was the second time that I've done business with this company; they installed carpet in my basement 6 months ago. They did such a great job, I called them back when I was ready to replace the rest of the carpet in the house. The job included 4 bedrooms, stairs and a hallway, moving of all furniture and removal of the old carpeting, approx. 1,000 square feet.

I am happy with my service overall, there was just a few things as they didn t bring enough carpet the first time they came out but they were back within three days to complete the job. I wasn t very happy with the seams in the carpet as they didn't hide them as much as I wanted them to.

We had priced carpets at about 5 other places. By far they were the most reasonable. There isn't anything showy about the operation. Just plain old friendly, trustworthy guys. If you can find carpet in the warehouse, even better. They were out in within days (would have been sooner but our schedule did not permit.) Worker and helper worked a long day and came out early the next morning to finish. We could not be happier.

From working with Dave in the store to the installation, everything was smooth. This is a honest, "no-frills", low cost outfit. Their price using a higher quality carpet was much less than a quote I received from a big box retailer. Installation was very professional.
