We really like CSI Kitchen and Bath for their design services. We had a bathroom that we could not figure out what to do with. They were able to give us suggestions on the design, redesign it for us and provide detailed drawings so we could see exactly what it was it going to look like beforehand. All of their craftsman were very meticulous and did a really good job. They were detail oriented which we also really appreciated. They used plastic sheeting and floor coverings to protect the areas of the house that they were not working in and to help minimize the construction dust. They are not the cheapest company, but the premium was definitely worth it and the end result was amazing.

The job went very smoothly, with no hitches. It was estimated at two months (spanning the Christmas holiday), and was done exactly on time. Delays were built in to the schedule to allow for acquisition of the various pieces needed, and we caused one delay by changing the tile specification, but CSI made up for this. Time was also allotted for the various building inspections required by this remodeling. All the workers were on time, very professional, friendly, and helpful in pointing out choices we could make as the changes progressed. If a worker was going to be delayed for any reason (and weather was a factor), we were always notified in a timely manner.
Before the work started, CSI covered all the carpet in the house with plastic, put down wood runners (masonite?) any place that would be bearing traffic, and covered the furniture in the master bedroom (right next to the work area) with drop cloths. After completion of the remodel, all the drop cloths, masonite, and plastic sheeting were removed promptly, and CSI contracted a maid service to come in and clean.

They did an excellent job and they were very professional. It was a big job that took them a couple of months to do the job. It was not cheap, but they did everything. They informed me ahead and they worked with us. We had a couple of changes. They were very responsive. If they needed to change they would let us know. I would use them again.

I have only done the picking out of tile and granite. Our cabinets have been made and are in the warehouse. We have paid for those completely. We are waiting to start construction in about a month. So far we have been pleased with the process.

Before work actually began, the CSI representative helped with sourcing and pricing everything. He took me to granite vendors and gave me valuable guidance on colors and decor. Since this was our first time with a project of this scope, we did not want to make mistakes. CSI really helped us clarify our vision for the kitchen and were very professional and easy to work with. The only items I sourced were the pendant lights. The project went very well for the first view weeks. We were well informed about what would be done each day. Contractors arrived on time and took care to be as neat and unobtrusive as possible. There were a few delays later on and, as with most projects of this nature, the final cost was more than originally quoted, but that was usually because of choices we made to upgrade products. We were very impressed with the way our project manager coordinated all the sub-contractors and they took care of every single little item on our punch list immediately. We would definitely use this company again.

Once we secured the financing for the job the team got us on the schedule and we started on time in late October. The project schedule called for 8 weeks from demo to completion and the team hit every step of the project plan. The only delay we ever had was when county inspectors were late showing up, but the team had accounted for that as a risk and the schedule allowed them to still finish on time and on budget.
The team treated our time and our home with the utmost respect. We never had any issues with team members leaving trash around or showing up late. This was the most respectful and hard working crew we have ever encountered. We would go back to CSI for any other home renovation work that we would need done.

They are very professional and very well organized. They're punctual.

My wife's dream kitchen was three years in the planning. After consulting multiple designers, appliance dealers and renovation contractors we decided to go with CSI Kitchen and Bath. We wanted a "one stop shop" that could manage all facets of renovation. From the time of selection until work began, about six months were spent selecting kitchen components and drafting contract specs. The CSI staff exhibited a level of patience I could never achieve dealing with my wife on minute details. Unlike one of the "Big Box" stores, CSI was very flexible allowing us to mix and match their products with ones purchased from Internet sites and Britts. This allowed us to assemble a "best of breed" collection of appliances. From our experience, I would recommend anyone planning a renovation project to carefully review and make all necessary changes to the contract. Careful attention to detail at this stage will help protect both the contractor and homeowner later when work is underway and questions arise. One simple example was the type of wall switch to be used. When the wrong type of switch was installed, all we had to do was pull out the contract and the switches were promptly replaced with the correct kind. Once work began on January 19th, CSI scheduled a flood of skilled craftsmen to perform demolition, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, counter top fabrication and tiling work. Our favorite was Jose the drywall specialist. Because of the workmanship and pride Jose demonstrates, we extended the project scope to include additional work in the family room and master bath. With the exception of one hiccup with the flooring contractor, scheduling was virtually flawless. Jimmy the project foreman kept us fully informed of all scheduled work and worked closely with my wife to ensure all details were handled to her satisfaction, no easy chore. Every day, the crew cleaned the work site and exercised great care to protect cabinets, counter top, appliances and floor. Now that the work is complete, I stand and admire the quality of work performed by CSI and their sub-contractors. The refinished oak floor is spectacular! The back splash and counter top compliment the painted cabinets very nicely. The ceiling and under counter task lights provide excellent visibility. All appliances work as advertised but the Vent-a-Hood is exceptional. It clears food odors from the kitchen so well that no one could tell we had bacon and sausage on Easter Sunday. It's well worth the extra cash to get an upgraded model. The final product meets or exceeds our expectations in all aspects. We highly recommend CSI Kitchen and Bath for any interior home renovation project. They are total professionals who deliver top quality results.

I am really happy with the work they did on remodeling my kitchen. They were very prompt. I never had any complaints during the whole project and the quality of the work was spectacular. I really love it. It took them 9 weeks to finish this project and that was pretty good because it was such a large project and they had a lot of things to do there. I would definitely recommend them.

FINISHED WITHIN TIME FRAME ESTIMATED. ACTUALLY FINISHED ONE WEEK EARLY. USED FEW SUB CONTRACTORS-MOSTLY EMPLOYEES. BACKED UP ALL CLAIMS. EXCELLENT WORK AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A MINUTE.
