They are the best company we have ever used and I can't rate them highly enough.

The work turned out to be good.  They were prompt.  They did a good job.  The guy who came out showed me the part and as a matter of fact, he gave me a part.  He also gave me some sort of preferred customer service agreement, which saves me on any service in the future.  I pay them annually.  The service call was a little high, which was $91.

I spent $69 for the job. They were on time and they called me before they came out. It was raining that day so they put the little booties on their feet so they wouldn't track mud into the house. They did an excellent job. They were friendly and courteous. They made me laugh. It was a good experience. Their price was very reasonable. I would use them again in the future and I would recommend them to anybody.

They were excellent and I've been using them for 30 years. I would recommend everything about them. They are not the cheapest but they were willing to work with me on payments. I could have gotten it cheaper in Atlanta but I liked their service. I chose to have them do it because I liked their service and I was willing to pay more.

They do annual checks for my heating and cooling. The experience has been exceptional. I have renewed the contract for over a dozen years and I’ve had the same guy for about eight years to make the checks. He is very knowledgeable and personable. They are good.

They have been coming to my house for the last eight years and I like the fact that they always send the same technician and it's always the same person who calls to schedule too. They have also made repairs for me, and I'm very happy with them. I pay once a year.

It has been the same guy coming out to my home for the past eight years. I use them two times a year in the Spring and the Fall. The same man is always the one to come out. I have used this company for fifteen years and they even installed a system for me seven years ago. They also have performed bi-annual tests on my system as well. They called before this appointment, as they do with all of them. They never have not shown up. They are very thorough and professional. I also trust them very much. Their pricing is also very reasonable. One thing I will say, they do estimates on the size of the unit rather than the square footage of the house.
