Comcast charges you for everything that you do. It did not work out well at all. I have cancelled them. They charge to come out even if the error is theirs. They will not pick up the equipment. They make you take it in. If you want to talk over the phone it is 5 dollars. A technician coming to the home is $100. They made mistakes and then charged me to have them fixed. I was only receiving half of the channels I was paying for.

There was an error in their system and they did not make it to the first appointment. When they rescheduled a week later, they kept to that schedule. The technician came out and the work he performed was fine.
