College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving

The move went fine. But they overcharged me. They gave me a quote of $589 for the move. I put down $99. When I paid the balance, I forgot about the $99 I put down and paid the $589. When I called to get a refund of the $99, it was very hard to get in contact with them. You have to call a customer service number and the representative sends a message to the local office. I had to call customer service twice before I got a call from the local service, 3 days later. When I spoke to the representative, he quoted me $700+ for a 2 hour move, 1 room only. I told him this quote was not correct. He said he would talk to his manager and call me back. Never called back. It is what it is. They have a good set up thou. You can't call them after the move.

They did great job, and they hire college students for the service

this was the second ton time we used them. They are very professional, they are prompt and reasonably priced. We would use them again.

Abraham and C3 from Norcross, GA location were prompt, professional, organized and got the job done in a timely manner. I was very impressed with them and would hire them again.

Very efficient and not a scratch.,

Easy to work with these guys. Called in the AM, appt was scheduled for the afternoon. Deikani and Stephen showed up on time and did a great job moving some boxes and furniture for us, as well as hauling away some junk. Fast and courteous.

They were great!

They did a pretty good job.

Overall did ok. But they damaged our deck stairs, dragging material that chipped the wood and didn't let us know. We didn't notice until after they had left.

Our movers - Jason, Nathan, and Gary were great. Very focused, timely and pleasant. Someone had come before the move day to give an estimate of the time to wrap and move the furniture. And it was met exactly. It was a nice experience for "moving day".

They were really nice and did a really good job.

They were absolutely amazing. The previous movers did not organize my storage unit at all so I was embarrassed by how unorganized everything was. College Hunks moving was the answer to my dreams. They were early, professional, efficient, patient, and handled my belongings with care. I have never been more impressed by a moving company. Matt and Will were eager to get the job done and they will be the first ones I call when my needs for them arise in the future.

They came the same day I called, and were prompt and polite. They said it would be $375 to take all four items, which seemed high based on the reviews here. But I had not gotten other estimates, and I really wanted the stuff gone. We discussed options for a while and I ended up having them take the sofa and wardrobe, which they said was 1/3 of a truck-load, for $323, and carried the other items to the curb myself. They knocked over some things on the way out, but picked them up when I asked them to. I was happy with the job they did, but will definitely shop around next time and compare prices.

They were so pleasant to work with and l really sensed they cared about my possessions.

From the first phone call to the completed job, the service was outstanding. I always spoke to a very knowledgeable person when I called, was emailed details of our appointment and received phone calls to confirm arrival time. Rico and DJ genuinely cared about doing a great job, and were very professional and friendly. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. What a terrific company!!

The men that came to move my dad did a fabulous job. CJ & Jalan were very helpful and kind. They went over and beyond expectations. We will call them again when it is time for my dad to move out of his apartment before the end of the year.

DJ, Marcus, and William were so personable and ready to get the job done!  The move was done in less than two hours and they worked very well together.  DJ suggested  junk removal for a few items which made my life SO much easier; saved me lots of valuable time.  Hands down I would definitely recommend College Hunks to anyone!
I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with these guys.  It's so hard to find anyone willing to work with a joyful heart these days but these three guys were spot on.  You're very lucky to have them on board and they're representing your company in the best possible way.

It was junk

Excellent! DJ, John and Chad were professional and courteous. They did an exceptional job.

College Hunks was superb from initial phone call, assessment of the move, through the team showing up to do the work. DJ, Mike and Geo were friendly, courteous, and professional. They hustled and were very efficient. This was the smoothest move of the 10 or so that I have done. Since my belongings are going into storage, I hope this team moves me into my new place next month.

Excellent, they did a great job, were on time, called before the arrived, called after to see if we were pleased with the job. Very professional, don't let the name fool you!!

From start to finish, this was a great experience! We made our appointment easily online. We received a phone call the day before advising that we really were outside their work area, but they offered an acceptable solution of going ahead with the removal at a different cost. That was very acceptable so we agreed to move forward. We received a call this morning advising that the guys were about 45 minutes away. Darius and Corran arrived right on time, assessed the items to be moved out and set to it. They were so polite and careful. Left no damage and were out of here within 15 minutes. We highly recommend College Hunks for any of your haul-away needs. We hope they expand their coverage area to include us because we would certainly use them again. Thank you, Darius and Corran, for a job well done!!
