We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Cesar showed us floor samples we had never looked at before, and we got a great bargain! We had actually already selected a flooring contractor, but canceled our contract and went with CIC Floors instead. Highly recommend!

They installed lvp and carpet for my home. Cesar was able to explain what I did and didn't need thoroughly. They always showed up on time and finished work in the expected timeframe. The only delay (due to acquiring materials for the carpet) was communicated clearly and several days in advance so there were no surprises. A great experience overall.

I wish they had let me know early on that they were working on an additional area. I ended up paying for that later (even though I didn't strictly want it done). From the work standpoint, very well done. Very efficient.

The work was removal of carpet on stairs and wood stairs installed. Cesar made sure the new stairs matched the oak floor nearby, They were pleasant and professional. They were a bit late arriving, but still finished the work on time. I will use them again.

The customer service was excellent - the office manager was very responsive and we talked several times during our week long project to install and refinish hardwood flooring. There were 2 crews - hardwood floor installation and finishing/refinishing existing floors. Both groups were professional, skilled and did a good job cleaning the mess behind them. I think they made a good effort to minimize mess as well. Cesar was very knowledgeable about the floor products and offered good advice.

They did a nice job with painting and installing hardwood floors. They don't always use drop cloths, so there is some dried paint and drywall dust on the carpet. Sometimes there is a miscommunication about timing for the contractors to show up. But overall, the job was very good.

So happy with our beautiful new floors. Our old floor was glued down and very hard to remove; but, the workers NEVER GAVE UP! They all were professional and so courteous. The customer service was outstanding.... very accommodating trying to schedule the work and walk-through. Would highly recommend the CIC Floors team to all.
