Masonry Work
THE ORGANIZATION QUOTED A PRICE FOR THE WORK. UNFORTUNATELY THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE OF THE WORK INVOLVED. THEY ALSO ENCOUNTERED WEATHER CONDITIONS THAT CAUSED DELAYS AND INCREASED COSTS. THEN THEY TRIED TO COLLECT MORE THAN CONTRACT PRICE.
