BJ'S WAREHOUSE CLUB

There was just one employee in the BJ's Tire shop and he was responsible for helping customers refill gas grill tanks as well as installing tire purchases. We had to wait while he finished someone else's car and then he promptly started ours. They have a reasonable waiting room for a tire shop and we sat down to watch a video, thinking the car would be ready long before the video was over. In fact, the employee seemed to get the new tires installed pretty quickly, but he had repeated difficulties with the hoist and couldn't get it to bring our car back down to earth. By the time 90 minutes had passed and we looked through the viewing window to see the car still on the hoist with one tire much higher than the others, I finally went inside to ask for help. They immediately sent someone out to assist the young man in tires and the problem was quickly resolved. I assume he was a newer employee and was afraid to call for assistance, but he kept us waiting a LONG time and ignored at least 2 other potential tire purchasers because he wouldn't call for help.
