We called Atlantic service at 10am and they were out at 12:30 as promised. Once here, John quickly solved the issue with our heating system. Great service all around!

I have used Atlantic Services for my HVAC needs since we bought our newly built house in 2004.  I believe I was told by the builder that Atlantic Services was the HVAC company that did the install when the house was built.  I have had issues with our systems, as everyone does, over the years and Atlantic Services has always been there to help in a courteous and timely manner.  I would recommend that anyone use this company if they have a need for servicing their HVAC systems.  Owners John and Susan and technician Don have always been there to provide help and great service.

It took me a long time to find an HVAC company to install ducting for a vent hood.  This was a pretty straightforward job that they did within a week of giving me an estimate.  The job went very smoothly and took about an hour and a half.  Would definitely use them again for any other HVAC services.

I am very pleased with this company and happy to write a review for them.  Dealing with John and his wife Susan (who worked in the office) and his team was fantastic.  I will definitely use them again.  I did not feel pushed into anything and felt like I was dealing with genuinely good people.
I feel an immediate difference in my air quality and am happy I did this installation.

Crew showed up at 8:30 to remove and replace furnace. Put down drop clothes and got to work.After they finished they cleaned up work area and headed out. This was all over the Thanksgiving. I was shocked Atlantic office was open black friday. Glad they were.

From the first phone call to set up the appointment to the service call I was extremely pleased, with the professionalism and honesty.

Susan was very helpful in determining what was needed and setting up an appointment. John arrived on time and quickly had the AC working again. Overall a very good experience with this company!

My most recent issue was with no heat on 2 levels. The appointment time was 12 noon, and because I was unable to get away from the office when envisioned, John was waiting for me when I arrived at 12:10 PM. The problem wasn't an easy one, but finally detected that the system switched off due to, most likely, a power surge, which there are plenty of here. He even showed me where the reset button is in event it happens again. He checked out the both systems while he was there to ensure proper working order and only charged the normal maintenance fee.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience - from Susan, the wonderfully courteous woman who answered the phone when I made my initial call - to the woman who called to let me know the serviceman was running late for my appointment - to Don, my serviceman, who fixed the air conditioner for a reasonable price and restored my confidence in service people.
