The provider's customer service was terrible.  I am frequently out of town, so I needed the mover to work with me on a delivery date.  With two weeks advance notice, I gave them a 6 day window that I would be available for delivery of the furniture.  The first day of that window, they called me to arrange for delivery.  I advised them that, as I had previously told them, I would be available for the following 6 days.  They told me that they could only guarantee delivery within a 14 day window.  They advised that they couldn't make a specific date, or even a specific 6 day window of time.  I was told they could not make delivery withing the following 7 days. So, they asked when was the next time I was available.  I replied with the next two days that I had off from work.  I was told this was unacceptable, and that I would incur storage fees.  So, I advised them that with my work situation, I couldn't ever guarantee a continuous string of 14 days that I could be home to accept delivery.  They replied that they couldn't help me or work with me.  Some arguing ensued, after which their customer service rep, Barbie, called me an "a******."  So, I decided to enlist the help of a friend who agreed to be at my house to accept delivery in my absence.  
I would never use this company again.
