When they first showed up to our house, they only showed up with three people and a medium size truck.  I explained that there was no way we were going to get all of my belongings in a medium size truck.  They did not have sufficient packing materials, so they had to go to Lowes to pick up the materials in order to start the packing process.  Then it took so long because they had so few people that I had to end up shining my headlights in the back of their truck so they could see to finish the loading.  After that, they were unable to pack everything because the truck was too small, so they had to come back a week later to finish the move. When they finally delivered in Colorado Springs, I ended up sustaining more damage in that one move than I ever have in almost 12 military moves.  Items were disassembled and parts were put in various boxes, so nothing could be assembled by them.  Some pieces to my furniture never showed up.  Many of the boxes were torn open like they had been dropped off the truck.  In many cases pots, pans, plates and glassware were packed in boxes together without packing material to protect them.  The majority of the boxes were not labeled as to which room they belonged to, even though they did say that they would do that as a courtesy.  Also, a valuable piece of antique furniture was damaged when one of the movers ran it into our garage.  Lastly, some items were never delivered, and when I called the warehouse they said they would look and call me back.... I have yet to receive a phone call from them.
