promised they would grade our bed and turf areas with high quality materials
(mulch & top soil). Unfortunately, they did not do that. They mixed in all
kinds of garbage in the beds. I continue to find shredded up beer cans,
shredded corrugated pipes, plastic wrappers, concrete blocks in our plant &
tree beds. The beds and turf were not graded properly. They did not install the
proper corrugated pipes and catch basins. When it rains, the grass (Zeon
Zoysia) they installed ends up having a lot of standing water on it and
therefore is dying. They misrepresented the plant materials. They said they
were going to use high quality plants, but they did not. While installing the
plants and trees, they broke off a number of the limbs on the new plants. When
I asked them about this, Johnathan told me the plants and trees were
"manhandled." They backed up one of their bobcats into my house and
destroyed one of my cooper gutters. Which, they did not repair after I asked
them to. They installed 23 Emerald Green Arborvitaes without removing any of
the burlap on them. Since they did not install these trees properly, the
majority of them have either died or on their way to dying. I could go on and
on, but I do not want to. I have tried to work with both Britt Lancaster and
Johnathan Skipper, but they have zero customer service skills. Save yourself
time and money, and please do not use them.
