Juan just completed a total interior/exterior renovation for one of our investment properties. Juan and his team provided courteous, professional and timely work. They were on the job site every morning before I arrived and were working long into most evenings. The results are beautiful! Juan was great.  He came out  a couple of hours after we called.  He took the broken windows to his shop and called the next morning.  They were already repaired with argon gas in double pane double hung windows.  He would not take any money until he returned with the repaired windows.  Our windows were a little unusual since the house was built in 1935 and we want to preserve the character of the house.  Juan said that was no problem.  I thought the cost was very reasonable.
