On arrival Eddie inspected the damage and almost doubled his estimate, listing several additional steps which would be necessary for a proper repair. Recently, I revisited the damage and removed some of the siding to take a better look. It turns out that the additional steps were never taken. I had to complete the repair myself by removing the bottom door seal, fixing the trim underneath, replacing a section of the door trim itself and finally reapplying caulk and paint.

I called Eddie because I had a leak in my roof after having another contractor replace my roof. The original contractor inspected their work and said it was not due to their work and "they were not a leak specialist". Eddie said he absolutely knew where the leak was and that he could fix it. He gave me an estimate for $1,250 which included a guarantee for 3 years.
I paid and he preformed the repairs in less than one hour. He insisted he had found the leak and that the job did cost that much. 5 days later it rained and the leak was still there. I called Eddie. He came back out and spent another 2 hours looking for the leak in the middle of a rain storm. I told him to tarp it and come back after Thanksgiving. When he came back, he brought others with him. They tore the vinyl siding off the chimney and then determined my entire chimney box was rotted and needed to be replaced. He quoted $3,500 for the work. When I protested, he dropped the price to $3,000.
Since then, I have had two other contractors. Both determined that Eddie's work did more harm than good. Apparently he put tar on my brand new roof, in an attempt to seal it. I will have to pay to have that removed.
Eddie is good at convincing you he knows what he is doing. All I can say is, Buyer beware. I learned a hard lesson.

Hired this company to replace a torn (4'x2') screen on my patio. I was quoted $125 and then charged $257.50. He even used my existing frame. When I contacted Eddie following his poor installation of the screen he was rude and belligerent. He said to me: "if I had known I was going to have to deal with you, I would have charged you $500!" He refused to even return to look at it!

Atlanta Pressure and Steam was my first and only choice because they had performed patch work on this roof in March of 2009. This roof has been an albatros for me! My late husband and I bought this home in 1988. We were the seventh owners, so we were not privy to all of the repairs and modifcations performed in the home or how well they were accomplished. The sunroom was constructed when a previously open porch off the family room was inclosed. Exaactly when this was done is unclear. However, the roof always had a propensity to leak. We had several contractors come in and "repair" it over the years and even had it totally re-roofed, only to have it leak again with the very next rain! Atlanta Pressure and Steam is the ONLY company that has managed to successfully patch it to where it does not leak! I plan to have them out next summer to fully re-roof the sunroom. Eddie and his staff are totally professional. They do what they promise, when they promise, at the price they promise. Since the repairs on 10 October, we have continued to have a LOT of rain and my sunroom continues to stay dry!! Atlanta Pressure and Steam - - - they ROCK!!!!!
